Identification - The Reflecting Error

STOP now. Pause and read with your conscious.

Here it goes: everything which makes you feel bad is most of the times not part of yourself.
Sorrow is not a part of you. It is merely a feeling with which you identify with and for some stupid reason you begin experimenting. Worst of all, you freely choose to accept this feeling to make part of you for some absurd moment that goes on for an indeterminated time. Once you understand that this identification is not a part of you, you'll be indifferent and things will pass through you in much more healthy way.
Just like sorrow desillusion is not part of you it is a consequence of building an illusion. It is a consequence of having expectations or higher standards. We assume we're going to achieve something, we count with it, and when the contrary happens we go "fuck, what happened?". It happened exactly what could happen! You could HAVE it or NOT, as simple as that. Now assume your error of identifying and presuming something which was not yet concrete and materialized.
Failure is another feeling which derives from something that did not occur the way you expected - expectations again. You are not a failure, who the hell projected this on you? Why do you identify yourself with something that is not part of the human being? We are but a body moving, composed of cells that are constantly dying and regenerating, you don't even own your body, so don't assume you have a place in this world which is yours.

Our only home is our mind. And our mind is a dirty place to live in.

Do yourself a favour and walk towards yourself. Deny your person. If you are but a channel in this universe you'll be clean and finnaly understand your function.
